Alan Dershowitz to Deliver Keynote for 25th Annual General Counsel Conference
NEW YORK – May 10, 2013 – General counsel at organizations of all sizes will have access to their best and brightest peers, and gain a deeper understanding of what is working in today’s best legal departments, at ALM’s 25th Annual General Counsel Conference. The event will take place on June 5-6, 2013, at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.
Alan M. Dershowitz, Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, will deliver the opening keynote address. Prof. Dershowitz, a nationally renowned author and legal commentator, will speak about “The Ethics of Transparency” and will challenge the audience to maintain transparency between in-house counsel and outside law firms.
Other featured speakers from corporate legal departments include: Richard M. Borden, senior vice president and general counsel of Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Suchitra Narayan, associate general counsel of Oracle; and Ann E. Nolan, chief compliance officer and deputy general counsel of IDEXX Laboratories.
The conference is designed for general counsel and other senior in-house attorneys at companies and other organizations of all sizes.
