New York, NY – December 19, 2018 – ALM Intelligence – Consulting division, previously known as Kennedy Consulting, released its 2018 ratings of IT Operations consulting providers. 7 firms were identified as leaders in the consulting industry: Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY, McKinsey & Company, PwC and Trianz. In the last year, the landscape for IT operations transformation has changed dramatically. Technology is no longer a separate strategy but has become the underpinning of the entire business agenda.  Consulting firms are adapting their capabilities to assist clients in a highly disruptive environment.

Other firms that were rated include: A.T. Kearney, BearingPoint, Cognizant, IBM, Infosys, PA Consulting, Protiviti, Tata Consultancy Services and Wipro.
